Felton Street

The Felton Street project was a study and schematic design of a multi-family apartment building. The narrow site required careful planning and consideration for the Schematic Design to be successful.

After completing the Schematic Design phase, several of our designers participated in a charrette, which helped the client and design team visualize possible façade solutions. As a result, Meander Studio produced hand sketches and digital designs for the client to consider.
