Mechanics Hall

Mechanics Hall is a building in Princeton, MA that was originally built in the mid 1800’s. It is on the national registry of historic places and has served many uses over the years. It had been condemned in 2018 before being purchased by the client for renovation into a mixed-use building. The first floor will be used by the client as a marijuana dispensary and the upstairs will be renovated into a flexible community assembly space. The client intends to proceed into Construction Administration soon.
